Davido, on Wednesday visited the Lagos State office of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), over the ongoing child abduction saga between him and his baby mama Sophia Momodu.
A source in the NAPTIP said his statement on the rift over the custody of his daughter between him and his Sophia Momodu was taken by NAPTIP.
Sophia through her lawyer, Mr. Gbolaga Ajayi, had earlier written a petition seeking protection for her
rights bordering on the trfficking and abduction of her daughter by Davido's family without her consent.
The source also disclosed that Davido’s father, Dr. Deji Adeleke and the Sophia's Uncle, Dele
Momodu, earlier paid a visit to the NAPTIP office on Monday for a meeting while Dr. Adeleke was said to have left the meeting in anger barely 30minutes later.
