HARRY PORTER ACTOR,ALAN RICKMAN DIED OF CANCER AT 69

Harry Porter actor, Alan Rickman died in a London hospital yesterday after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer, one of the deadliest form the sickness. The actor was said to have kept the diagnosis of his sickness from friends and relatives and kept an upbeat demeanor even weeks before his death.

Alan Rickman starred as Professor Snape in the Harry Potter.Actor Alan Rickman, known for films including Harry Potter, Die Hard, Truly Madly Deeply and Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, has died at the age of 69. HE was surrounded by his wife and loved ones at his death-bed.

In a statement by charity Pancreatic Cancer Action said: "We were very sad to hear that one of Britain’s most popular actors, Alan Rickman, passed away after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.

"Our thoughts are with all this friends and family at this very sad time."
