ADD TINUBU TO ACADEMIC CURRICULUM- Ashafa

Gbenga Ashafa, the senator representing Lagos-East senatorial district, has urged the University of Wolverhampton in the UK to design an academic course in an attempt to study the political styles and methods of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the National Chairman of APC. An action which he said will create a measure of opponent politics instincts in the students.
He made this call at the installation of Tinubu as the patron of Centre for African Entrepreneurship and Leadership the university on Monday.

While congratulating him, the Senator said, Tinubu is a distinguished leader who deserved the award he was given.“Therefore, I urge the leadership and members of faculty of the centre to take full advantage of the depth and wealth of experience, which Asiwaju brings on board as the patron of the centre.” He stated.

He also said, “I suggest that the centre should consider the option of studying his (Tinubu’s) methodologies of leadership with the ultimate goal of developing a curriculum on it. This, I believe, would prove immensely beneficial to future generations that would pass through the four walls of this institution.”

He asked the school to broaden its scope by forming alliance with African personalities and also commended the university for selecting Tinubu as the Patron of the University's Centre for African Enterpreneurship and Leadership.
