2016 SCHOLARSHIPS FOR NIGERIANS AND OTHER AFRICAN STUDENTS

Students from African countries have been invited to submit their applications for 2016 Scholarships at Magdalene College, a subsidiary of University of Cambridge. Scholarship applications are expected from cabdidates for various Masters Degree programmes.

Award
Scholarships to be awarded to the qualified candiadates include:

*Full maintenance grants and university full composition fee
*£2,500 to cover travel etc.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the scholarships/grants, applicants must possess excellent acadamic Performance; also
* Must have obtained a degree or it equivalence with first class or second class division before 1st of October 2016
* English Language proficiency test result or other English proficiency certificate is required before an applicant can be considered for the scholarship.
*Reference letters to be submitted by candidate referees.

Nationality
* Angola, Botswana, Ivory Coast, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia,Nigeria, South Africa, South Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Fields of Study
Consideration is given to those in such fields as Education, and Engineering for Sustainable Development, Finance and Management.

How to Apply
Forms for the applications can either be filled and submitted online or downloaded at the school website (cam.ac.uk) and have the hard copy submitted to the admissions office of the institution.

Deadline
The deadline for the scholarship application is May 27, 2016.
