FIX THE ECONOMY OR RESIGN - Fayose to Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari has been advised by the Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, to resign if he had no solution to the economic problems facing the country; saying the change Nigerians were looking to when they voted for  is far from what they are experiencing under him.

He called the president's attention to the promise of providing  3 million jobs yearly during his campaigns and further accused the president of double standards for proposing to remove the subsidy and increase the pump price to #97.

Fayose made the statement while signing into law the state  2016 appropriation bill of #67.04 billion he presented before the Ekiti State House of Assembly last Tuesday, adding that “The fact that the appropriation bill was signed into law after one week of its presentation goes to show the unity of purpose between my government and the house."

He said, a decreasing economy, poverty, devaluation of naira, the proposal of removing petroleum  subsidy and poor power generation happen to be the only change Nigerians are experiencing under the APC led administration.

He said the President should double up and fulfill his electioneering promises to Nigerians or resign if he is clueless in  finding solutions to the econmic crisis and heroically hand over to VP Yemi Osinbajo or anyone else.
