HOW TO NATURALLY GET RID OF CELLULITE

Cellulite is the accumulation of toxins and fat deposits under the skin which become very difficult to get rid of once it is formed. Not only the fat women have it, skinny people do too. It is believed to be caused by factors like poor nutrition and  lack of exercise,but this may not really be the case all  the time as genetics also have a role to play. Cellulite can be seen around the buttocks, hips, stomach and sometimes the back and arms. How to naturally get rid of it or prevent it altogether are;

Lemonade
Drinking lemon tea made of warm water can help. When you wake up in the morning , squeeze a lemon in a cup of warm water and drink. For effective result, make sure you do this twice daily for a month continuously , this will help to flush out the excess toxins in the body.

coffee scrub
coffees can be beneficial in reducing cellulite because of the anti oxidant it contains and the caffeine in it has a tightening effect. Coffee scrub is done by mixing two spoons of olive or coconut oil, sugar and  half a cup coffee together and firmly massage the affected area with the mixture, after that,wrap up the massaged area with a plastic bag for a few minutes and then take your bath. This exercise should be done  twice a week; you will see the result in a couple of weeks. This method is also believed to help exfoliate the skin as well.

Taking omega 3
Consuming enough Omega-3 fatty acids and fat soluble vitamins will help reduce cellulite over time. Omega-3 and fat soluble vitamins are important for many other functions in the body and can also help to reduce if not totally get rid of cellulite in the body.

Taking gelating foods
Foods that contain gelatin are good for the skin, hair and nail growth. Gelatin helps to tight up lose skin, also good for women that just give birth.  Absence of gelatin  in our diets is believed to have led to an increase in cellulite as our bodies lack building blocks for healthy connective tissue. Foods containing gelatin include animal skins, meat and bone broths they are some times found in peanuts, frosted cereals, wheat, vegetables and sometimes yogurt,sour creams and cream cheese as well.
