Ladoja

Chief Rashidi Ladoja, the National Chairman of the Accord Party,  has been directed to return the #100million he received from  a former chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party, Tony Anenih, to support the re-election of ex-President Goodluck Jonathan.

This was stated in a  letter  signed by the national secretary of Accord party to the chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Magu.

The Nation reports that Dr. Samson Isibor, the National Secretary of the party claims, the party was not aware of  Ladoja  receipt of the said money as he never disclosed anything about it to the state chapters of the party.
“Ladoja should be made to return the money. No money was disbursed to state chapters of the Accord Party,” Isibor said.

He further said that: “What he did with the PDP without our consent was fraudulent” called on the he EFCC to arrest and prosecute Chief Ladoja until he returns the #100 million, adding that the party was disturbed about the revelation from the arms deal scandal.
